a performance.

purchase tickets for wheelchair or limited accessible

are better able to handle special needs in person or over

Refund
& Exchange Policy |

The
standard policy for venues and many artists, teams, etc. is
No Refunds or Exchanges. But if something comes up closer to
the event and you can't make it, we'll do everything we can
to help. Just contact us! |

Cancelled
Events |
|
|
You'll
get a full refund for tickets bought online or by phone
using your purchase payment method. If you bought your
tickets at the Ticket Centre, please return them at the same
location for a refund. (We refund all fees except courier
fees.) |

Rescheduled
Events |
|
|
We'll
contact you with the new date and time. If you cannot make
it, you will get a refund upon request. |

Lost
Tickets |
|
|
In
the event that you have lost your tickets, please visit the
Black Knight Ticket Centre Box Office or call (403) 755-6626
before your performance date. |

can pick up your tickets at the Black Knight Ticket Centre,
located in the lobby of the Black Knight Inn @ 2929
50th Avenue; Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
You
can also pick them up the night of the show at the Venue.
The Will Call window opens
an hour prior to the show.
Delivered
by courier service for a fee (Mailing fees are charged to
cover the costs of sending you your tickets by Courier
Service. Tickets are mailed via Courier Services. Delivery
may take 2 to 3 business days to arrive).
