Catering & Banquets - Final Guarantee

Final guarantee for guests attending is three (3) business days prior to the event.  If no guarantee is given the group will be charged for the expected number of guests indicated on the function contract.  The hotel will set up seating for 5% above the guaranteed number.  The customer will be charged for the guaranteed number of meals served or the actual number served, whichever is higher.
